Boruboru Sushi Burrito + Bowl Set to Open Its Doors at Emory Point in October
Boruboru Sushi Burrito + Bowl, the fast-casual, Japanese-inspired eatery from chef and restaurateur Michael Rome Noe, will start serving its custom sushi creationss next month.
Located at 1568 Avenue Place #D-160 (next to Aladdin’s Mediterranean Grill), Boruboru Sushi’s menu will feature sushi burritos, sushi bowls, and poke bowls, with or without proteins such as hanger steak, boruboru chicken, and pork belly.(Images courtesy of Boruboru Sushi.)
Noe, formerly a chef at Tomo Sushi in Buckhead and most recently the co-founder and chef of M.Y.O. Sushi in Los Angeles, has used his diverse culinary background, which includes extensive training in Japanese cuisine, to create the non-quite-traditional sushi offerings at Boruboru Sushi.
According to What Now Atlanta, Boruboru Sushi will also have a zero-tipping policy.
